Contested Divorce

Divorce isn't the start of any couple's dream, but sometimes it is the necessary milestone to get you back on track with your life. Divorces are time-consuming and costly. There is a lot of tension between the two individuals as you both discuss what you are going to leave with before exiting the other's life.

UNContested DIvorce

In some cases, both spouses are in agreement on all terms, issues, and to the separation. Such cases are usually straight-forward and require fewer forms, hearings, and motions. Uncontested divorces are overall much less expensive than their contested counterparts.

Child SUPPORT & CHILD CUSTODY iSSUES

A parent who takes care of a child that is under 18 is generally entitled to receive child support from the other. That amount is also generally based on a statutory formula.

The involvement of children in a divorce is an unpleasant time for everyone involved. Children are often placed in the middle of a tug-of-war between two parents who each love their children more than anything in the world.
